Software Engineer – DevOps

How you should be?

A proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, server administration, and deployment management.

You enjoy building reliable deployment processes, automating operational tasks, and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of applications. You are comfortable working across cloud platforms, containerized environments, and both Windows and Linux ecosystems while collaborating closely with development and QA teams.

What you will do?

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment environments across development, testing, staging, and production
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
• Manage and support Docker-based applications, containerized deployments, and cloud-hosted services
• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, patch management, and system maintenance
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and cloud resources to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python and implement security best practices, access controls, and secrets management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes, support production environments, and maintain operational documentation

What we are looking for?

• 3–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, with exposure to multi-cloud environments being an advantage
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Docker, deployment automation, and cloud-native operations
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers, including IIS, Nginx, or Apache web servers
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash/Shell scripting, or Python
• Good understanding of networking, security best practices, monitoring, and logging tools
• Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting critical incidents, and driving operational excellence
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Good to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL administration and deployment support
• Exposure to .NET application deployments and cloud cost optimization
• Awareness of Generative AI, LLMs, AI-powered applications, and AI-assisted development tools
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation initiative
