Business Development Manager – OPS

A result-oriented sales professional with a strong ability to drive new business growth, build customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. You are a proactive communicator, skilled negotiator, and effective team player who can manage both sales opportunities and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do?

• Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into customers
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure
• Build strong relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and key stakeholders
• Lead and mentor Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team goals
• Monitor pipeline performance, sales activities, forecasts, and CRM records
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to maximize business opportunities

What we are looking for?

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, software product, or technology solution sales
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle and pipeline management
• Experience leading or mentoring Business Development or Sales teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Good to have:

• Experience in the Print, Web-to-Print, eCommerce, or SaaS domain
