Senior Business Analyst (Post-Sales)

How you should be?

A hands-on and analytical Business Analyst who can understand business needs, challenge unclear requirements, ask the right questions, and convert them into clear, development-ready requirements.

What you will do?

• Work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Analyze requirements and proactively identify gaps, ambiguities, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and edge cases.
• Perform impact analysis across existing functionality, processes, integrations, workflows, and downstream systems.
• Convert business requirements into clear and well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and ready for development.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, UX/UI, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure a common understanding.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirement walkthroughs, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support requirement-related queries during development and testing.
• Analyze and communicate requirement changes to impacted stakeholders.
• Maintain requirement documentation and traceability using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Continuously improve requirement quality, business processes, and collaboration between business and technology teams.

What we are looking for?

• Strong 5+ years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile/Scrum product environment.
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, impact assessment, user-story creation, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong ability to challenge ambiguous requirements and identify missing information, dependencies, risks, and edge cases.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Development, QA, and UX/UI teams.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and INVEST principles.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, ADO or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Should be a hands-on BA, not limited to documentation.
