Senior Business Development Executive – Custom

How you should be?

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with 4–6 years of experience in international lead generation for custom software development and IT services. The role will focus on generating qualified business opportunities across the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.

What you will do?

• Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, databases, and networking platforms.
• Execute personalized, multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Identify business requirements and relevant technology-buying signals.
• Conduct initial lead qualification based on requirements, authority, budget, timeline, and business potential.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales and pre-sales teams.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture prospects.
• Record all activities, responses, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Provide complete lead-handover notes to the sales team.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and discovery meetings.

What we are looking for?

• 4–6 years of international lead-generation experience in a software development or IT services company.
• Experience targeting the USA, UK, Australia, or European markets.
• Understanding of custom software development, SaaS, web and mobile applications, cloud, AI, data engineering, DevOps, and dedicated development teams.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email automation tools, and lead databases.
• Strong prospect research, cold outreach, qualification, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work according to international time zones when required.
