Associate - Social Media Executive

How You Should Be?

We are looking for a skillful social media executive who manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to enhance viewers’ satisfaction results.

What You Will Do?

• Create engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, and captions
• Plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms
• Handle and grow social media presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, and other platforms
• Research latest trends, hashtags, audience behavior, and content formats
• Edit photos and videos optimized for different social media channels
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement regularly
• Track content performance using analytics and insights tools
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders for campaign execution

What we are looking For?

• Experience range: 0-2 years
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and content ideation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable appearing on camera for reels, interviews, and short videos
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Inshots, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform best practices
• Strong time management skills with consistency in content execution
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, formats, and platforms
• Prior experience in content creation or social media management will be an added advantage
