Senior AI/ML Engineer

A passionate Machine Learning Engineer with a strong engineering mindset and hands-on experience in building, deploying, and monitoring production-grade machine learning solutions. You enjoy solving complex business problems, developing scalable AI applications, and following modern MLOps practices to deliver reliable, high-performing ML systems.

What you will do?

• Develop predictive, forecasting, and optimization machine learning models for business applications.
• Design, build, and maintain feature engineering and data processing pipelines.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models in production environments.
• Build scalable inference pipelines to efficiently serve ML predictions.
• Manage experiments, model versioning, and lifecycle using MLflow.
• Integrate machine learning solutions with enterprise applications and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable ML solutions.
• Follow MLOps best practices to improve model performance, reliability, and maintainability.

What we are looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or related roles.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience building, deploying, and monitoring production-grade machine learning models. Candidates with only academic projects, Kaggle experience, or research-focused backgrounds without production deployment experience will not be considered.
• Strong experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management.
• Expertise in time-series forecasting, predictive modeling, feature engineering, and inference pipeline development.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with FastAPI/Flask, Docker, and Git for model deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning Model Development, Model Evaluation, Hyperparameter Tuning, and Inference Pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, RAG Fundamentals, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, Hugging Face, SHAP/LIME, OR-Tools, and SimPy will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
