Senior AI/ML Engineer (LLM & Agentic Systems)

How you should be?

A passionate AI/ML engineer with strong hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and agentic systems.

You are deeply familiar with RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering, and can make informed decisions between prompting vs RAG approaches based on use cases. You actively explore frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph and build scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

What you will do?

• Design and build LLM-powered applications and intelligent systems
• Develop agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search solutions
• Perform advanced prompt engineering, including choosing between prompting vs RAG strategies
• Build and integrate AI solutions using Python backend frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
• Design and expose APIs for AI-driven functionalities
• Work with vector databases and data pipelines (NumPy, Pandas)
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and observability for AI workflows
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
• Mentor junior team members and drive AI best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-driven features end-to-endWhat

Who Are We Looking for?

• 5+ years of total experience with a strong focus on AI/ML and LLM-based application development
• Proven hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows in production or near-production environments
• Strong expertise in:
  1. RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search
  2. Prompt engineering, including deciding between prompting vs RAG approaches
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph and LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Ability to design scalable, reliable AI systems and evaluate their performance in real-world use cases
• Experience integrating AI solutions using Python backend frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and APIs
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services
• Understanding of system design, microservices, and application scalability
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Experience mentoring or guiding team members on AI implementation and best practices
