Project Lead

How you should be?

A technology-agnostic technical leader with strong software engineering, architecture, SDLC, and project management skills, capable of leading teams and delivering complex projects.

What you will do?

• Lead projects from requirements through development, deployment, and support.
• Own project scope, timelines, resources, risks, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Understand business requirements, architecture, integrations, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Plan project tasks, milestones, resources, estimates, and timelines.
• Provide technical direction across different technology stacks.
• Collaborate with Architects, Tech Leads, Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, and AI/ML teams.
• Review architecture, implementation, testing, security, performance, scalability, and quality.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
• Promote AI-assisted development across coding, testing, documentation, and productivity.
• Participate in technical discovery, estimation, solutioning, POCs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Manage client communication, expectations, escalations, and stakeholder relationships.
• Build and mentor technical teams and support hiring and upskilling.

What we are looking for?

• Strong experience in software engineering, technical project management, and SDLC.
• Experience leading projects across multiple technology stacks.
• Strong understanding of architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud, DevOps, security, and scalability.
• Experience with .NET, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, SQL, REST APIs, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, GraphQL, Redis, Terraform, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agents is an advantage.
• Strong project planning, estimation, risk, resource, and delivery management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical discovery, solutioning, proposals, POCs, and technical presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor technical teams.
• Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, data privacy, and security requirements where applicable.
