You enjoy connecting with prospects, initiating conversations, and uncovering new business opportunities through outbound outreach. You are a quick learner who can understand business challenges, build relationships with decision-makers, and effectively communicate the value of solutions like OnPrintShop.

What you’ll do?

  • Research and identify target print companies that fit OnPrintShop’s ideal customer profile
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, industry directories, trade show attendee lists, and other sources
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
  • Engage prospects to understand their business, challenges, and interest in digital transformation and web-to-print solutions
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify potential opportunities
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Sales team
  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to Sales Consultants
  • Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and opportunity records in CRM systems
  • Track and report lead generation activities, meetings booked, and opportunities created against targets

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or outbound prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in cold calling, email communication, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
  • Experience using CRM, lead generation, and email campaign tools
  • Self-learner with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and business concepts
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve targets
  • Strong research, qualification, and prospecting skills

Good to have:

  • Experience selling or generating leads for SaaS, Software Products, or B2B Technology Solutions
  • Exposure to the print, packaging, or web-to-print industry
  • Familiarity with account-based outreach and sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo,
