We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional who can efficiently handle customer queries through live chat, email, and ticketing systems. You should possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
What you will do?
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and support tickets.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure timely ticket closure as per SLA.
- Guide customers on product features and functionalities.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support processes.
- Document recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs.
What we are looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Live Chat, Ticketing, or Customer Support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in using computers and chat software.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-first attitude with good organizational skills.
