How you should be?

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional who can efficiently handle customer queries through live chat, email, and ticketing systems. You should possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

What you will do?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and support tickets.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure timely ticket closure as per SLA.
  • Guide customers on product features and functionalities.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support processes.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs.

What we are looking for?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Live Chat, Ticketing, or Customer Support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Proficient in using computers and chat software.
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-first attitude with good organizational skills.
