Web Engineer

How you should be?

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web applications. You should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, content management systems, and performance optimization techniques.

What you will do?

• Design and develop new user-facing features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage time while handling multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Who Are We Looking for?

• 3– 4 Years of working experience as Web Engineer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
• Should be very proficient in Responsive Design with knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI.
• It would be exceptionally well done with any Frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material, Polymer etc.
• Keen knowledge of WordPress and its plugins
• Should possess a solid understanding of how to identify and resolve issues related to Core Web Vitals to enhance website performance.
• Must know standard design & development software –Figma, Photoshop and VS Code
• Good understanding of SEO principles that application will adhere to.
• Have experience with component driven design for ReactJS, Angular JS, Node Package Manager, etc.
• Exceptional candidate who values stimulating and collaborative teamwork within a vibrant fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work as both - individual and team player.
• Looking for challenges and enjoy working and experimenting with new technologies.
