How you should be?
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Customer Success Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, monitoring their product usage, and proactively addressing any challenges to ensure a high level of satisfaction. This role is ideal for freshers or junior professionals eager to build a career in the IT and SaaS (Software as a Service) sector.
What you will do?
- Customer Communication: Interact with clients via email and calls to address queries and provide support
- Onboarding Support: Assist clients in getting started with the product and guide them through initial setup
- Product Understanding: Learn and understand the OPS platform and its functionalities
- Setup Assistance: Support clients in setting up their storefronts (site setup) to ensure smooth launches
- Query Resolution: Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and ensure timely resolutions
- Customer Success Activities: Monitor product usage, encourage adoption, and support clients in achieving their goals
- Collaboration: Coordinate with Tech, QA, and Sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience
What we are looking for?
- 0-6 months experience with IT background (BCA, MCA, MSc IT, BE or similar)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage tasks, follow up, and stay organized
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Basic understanding or curiosity towards IT/Software/SaaS products
