UI/UX Designer

How you should be?

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, the ability to work independently, and a proactive mindset. This role requires someone who can leverage modern tools, including AI, to enhance design efficiency and deliver high-quality output with speed and precision.

What you will do?

• Design user-centric UI from wireframes to final output
• Collaborate with teams and own projects end-to-end
• Ensure consistency, usability, and performance
• Use AI tools to improve speed and quality

Required Skills:

• Strong UI/UX fundamentals with experience in wireframing, user flows, prototyping, and responsive design
• Independent thinker with strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proactive mindset with strong communication, ownership, and teamwork skills
• Experience using AI tools for design (ideation, content, prototyping)
• Knowledge of UX research, usability testing, and design systems (component-based)
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)

What we are looking for?

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio (creative candidates without a portfolio may also apply)
• Proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design/collaboration tools.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for design and productivity
• Deliver high-quality designs with speed and efficiency
• Take ownership and maintain clear communication
• Leverage AI and new tools to improve productivity
• Actively participate in training processes and continuously grow while contributing to the team’s development
