A visionary full-stack engineer with deep expertise in Python, React, and AI-driven architectures, capable of leading end-to-end design and implementation of LLM-powered applications.

You are a hands-on technical leader who can translate complex ideas into scalable, reliable, and intelligent systems. You take complete ownership of architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation through automation and AI integration.

What you will do?

• Architect and lead development of AI-enabled fullstack solutions using Python (Flask/FastAPI) and React/Next.js.
• Design, build, and deploy LLM-based features including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, streaming UIs, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks using LangChain or AutoGen.
• Implement and optimize n8n automations to connect APIs, databases, and AI components for process efficiency.
• Drive system design, scalability, and security best practices across backend and frontend layers.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to transform AI concepts into high-impact user experiences.
• Establish observability, monitoring, and cost optimization strategies for LLM-heavy workloads.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, conducting design reviews, code walkthroughs, and architectural planning.
• Own deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Contribute to technology strategy and guide adoption of cutting-edge tools in AI, automation, and cloud-native development.

What we are looking for?

• 8+ years of professional experience in fullstack development, with a strong foundation in Python + React/Next.js.
• Proven track record of architecting scalable web or AI-driven applications.
• Expertise in Flask/FastAPI, LangChain, OpenAI, Bedrock, or similar frameworks for LLM integrations.
• Solid experience in n8n automation workflows, API orchestration, and data synchronization.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, ORMs, and NoSQL systems.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation/IaC).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions/Jenkins CI/CD.
• Excellent understanding of system design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Prior exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience managing AI teams or ML engineers.
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, embedding models, and prompt optimization.
• Exposure to frontend performance tuning, SSR/SSG optimization, and TypeScript.
• AWS or GCP Architect certification preferred.
