Trainee / Associate - Cut Out Artist (Pentool)

A detail-oriented and creative individual with a passion for image editing, eager to learn, committed to quality, and ready to work in a production-driven environment with full-time availability.

What you will do?

• Create accurate image cutouts using Adobe Photoshop's Pen Tool.
• Perform clipping paths, background removal, and basic image masking.
• Edit images while maintaining quality, consistency, and turnaround time.
• Handle image cutout assignments with varying levels of complexity.
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
• Follow standard operating procedures and project guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project delivery.

What we are looking for?

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Photoshop or image editing.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, particularly the Pen Tool for image cutouts.
• Good attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.
• Candidates who have completed their education.
• Applicants must not be pursuing any degree, diploma, certification, or regular academic course after joining.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at the earliest.
• Willingness to undergo a practical Photoshop cutout test, with the complete screen activity being video recorded for evaluation.
• Comfortable working in dynamic shifts (9:30 AM–6:30 PM or 1:00 PM–10:00 PM) with Monday as the weekly off.
