We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience to support the integration of Salesforce with Workfront for media product automation. The ideal candidate should have strong development expertise in Apex, VisualForce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with experience in API integrations and Salesforce automation tools.

What you will do?

• Salesforce-Workfront Integration: Develop and maintain integration between Salesforce and Workfront to automate project and issue management, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing manual effort.
• Custom Development: Design and implement custom applications and components using Apex, VisualForce, Aura, and LWC to meet business needs.
• Automation & Workflows: Leverage Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and App Builder to automate business processes.
• Revenue & Data Tracking: Ensure accurate revenue tracking, product mapping, and data consistency across Salesforce and Workfront.
• Event & Non-Event Product Handling: Develop logic to differentiate event-related and year-round media products, aligning them with Workfront processes.
• API & Middleware Integrations: Implement REST API, XML, JSON, and other middleware solutions for seamless system integration.
• Data Management: Utilize Data Loader, Workbench, SOQL, and SOSL for efficient data handling and troubleshooting.
• Security & Performance: Ensure best practices for Salesforce Metadata, Sharing Model, Governor Limits, and overall system performance.
• Issue Resolution: Identify integration gaps, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and optimize Salesforce-Workfront synchronization.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Aura, and LWC for custom app and component development.
• Solid front-end development skills in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and App Builder for declarative solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Metadata, Sharing Model, and Governor Limits.
• Expertise in REST API, XML, JSON, and API integrations (middleware, point-to-point).
• Familiarity with data management tools like Data Loader, Workbench, ETL.
• Strong SOQL and SOSL query writing skills.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and understanding of Salesforce limitations in revenue tracking and package component management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with a problem-solving mindset.
