How you should be?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Lead / Project Manager to lead and deliver complex .NET-based software development projects for our international clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft technologies, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.

What you will do?

• Project Planning & Execution

  1. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans in coordination with clients and internal teams.
  2. Manage the full project lifecycle using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  3. Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

• Technical Leadership

  1. Guide and support the technical team on .NET architecture, design, and implementation.
  2. Participate in high-level solutioning and technical discussions when necessary.

• Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
  2. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
  3. Provide regular status reports, risk assessments, and escalation handling.

• Team Management

  1. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, QA, and business analysts.
  2. Conduct performance reviews, task planning, and resource allocation.
  3. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

• Risk & Issue Management

  1. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  2. Implement best practices and tools for project monitoring and control.

• Quality & Compliance

  1. Ensure that all deliverables meet customer expectations and internal standards.
  2. Facilitate code reviews, testing cycles, and UAT.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in project leadership or management roles.
• Proven experience managing complex .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework) development projects and client-side frameworks like Angular, React, etc.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with global clients.
• Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Experience in working with distributed/offshore teams.
• PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification (preferred).
