What Work Will You Do?

• Network support executive ascertains user needs and system requirements in order to design, monitor, and maintain computer networks. Engineers may begin by gathering data on systems, routers, and other hardware.

Who Are We Looking for?

• Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including an e-mail web server, internet access, office systems, and applications support)
• Supports server, network, and desktop hardware, software, and applications
• Installation, Upgradation & troubleshoots Hardware, Software, Operating Systems, and Network
• Managing, repairing, and upgrading network and computer systems
• Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software, and systems
• Training users on the proper usage of hardware and software
• Managing Ticketing System and resolve the problem in assigned TAT

What Are We Looking for?

• 2 to 4 Years of working experience in network administrations
• Must have good knowledge of support server and software applications
• Must have good knowledge of desktop hardware along with repairing and upgrading
