Vision and Goals
The school administrators reached out to us with the idea of creating a schooling app specifically to make it super easy for every student to explore and find information about extracurricular activities and interests outside of regular classes, such as clubs, special lectures, sports teams, music groups, etc.
The administrators hoped the app would encourage more students to get involved in school activities. They believed that by making it simple to sign up and stay updated on what's happening, more students would feel excited about participating in events and joining clubs.
Plan of Action
Our education app development team started by creating a user-friendly cross-platform app design that students can easily navigate - organizing activities into clear categories, ensuring smooth interaction through buttons and menus that are easy to understand, etc. Behind the scenes, our developers will code using JavaScript and Swift to build the app for both Android and iOS devices.
Once built, the app will allow students to browse through different activities available at the school. They can sign up for lectures or events they're interested in with just a few taps. A calendar feature will help them keep track of upcoming activities and deadlines. They'll also receive notifications to remind them of important events.
For the administrators and teachers, there will be a backend system where they can manage and update extracurricular offerings and activity information. They can send announcements to students and monitor participation levels.
Making apps for the education industry is one of our strong suits. This project was exciting because we got to use our favorite technologies to make one app that students can use easily and do more than traditional textbook learning.
