Celebrations of Radixweb’s 22nd Anniversary: RXConfab 2022

It’s been a few days since we celebrated our 22nd foundation day of Radixweb – but still, we can feel the grooves and delightment of that day. What an evening it was! Every Radixians enjoyed to their fullest in the most awaited event of Radixweb – RXConfab 2022.

But to throw some more light on the event and share about that great evening, here are some of the top highlights.

From Elegant to Energetic Performances

As the extraordinary evening was about to begin. At the same time, our team devised some extravagance. Radixians didn’t pass up the chance to display their talents outside of the workplace. The boys gave equal paring with some beautiful locking and popping while the gals came and danced like divas with their moves.

Any occasion benefits from the extra sparkle and charm that dance brings. Our RXConfab 2022 evening turned into a merry romp with the help of balloons, props, and a dash of lighting. It was a ton of fun, which makes it unforgettable.

The Shining Stars

Driving meaningful change is never simple. Businesses, candidates, people, and others have all tried it, but in practice, it often takes years to see results. Similar to how it takes years to teach a toddler to walk, talk, and read, it also takes time to change people’s beliefs or behaviors.

It takes time to do it well, makes it happen, and make it significant. And some of our Radixians did exactly that to make it happen. As you all know, we have hosted an in-house learning session to upgrade our team’s learning path known as “UpskillFest”.

Thus, some of the Radixians were awarded for their outstanding performance in the upskilling session. Along with stars studded with beautiful trophies and certificates, stellar Radixians were also awarded a cash prize pool ranging from 2,000 to 25,000 INR.

Ended with DJ and Lip-smacking Food

The dancers were captivated by the incredible foot-tapping songs that our favorite DJ in the house played. Everyone performed wild dance steps and raised their hands in the air as they rocked the dance floor.

Nature seemed to lose control of its feistiness and poured in well as the hot and mouthwatering foods were being served, making our celebration feel much dewier and fresher.
