RXConfab 2026 A Celebration of 26 Remarkable Years of Radixweb

Every milestone tells a story.

Some are counted in years, some in the milestones a team hits along the way, and the ones that matter most are shaped by the people behind them. That's what RXConfab has always been about, the one evening every year where Radixweb stops and gets the entire team in one room instead of scattered across offices and time zones.

This time it marked 26 years, and there was a sense from the start, there was a feeling that our anniversary celebration deserved to be marked properly. More than just an annual event, RXConfab has become something Radixians genuinely look forward to each year, a chance to pause, celebrate what's been achieved together, and reconnect as a team in a way the daily grind rarely allows for.

None of that happens by accident. It takes the same thinking Radixweb brings to its work: deliberate, people-first, and built to last. That's exactly what this year's theme captured. Intelligence Engineered stood for a company that combines human expertise with technology to build solutions that truly matter for its clients.

Walk into the venue that evening, and that idea was the first thing you saw.

The Room Comes Alive

Intelligence Engineered stretched across the backdrop in giant letters, flowers running along the front of the stage, lighting that kept shifting through the evening in a way that made the whole space feel alive.

But honestly, most Radixians weren't looking at the stage for long. They were finding their friends. Colleagues who normally only talk over MS Teams were catching up in person, people from different offices were spotting each other across the room, and phones were already out for the kind of unplanned photos that end up meaning more than the official ones. Somebody's old badge photo got roasted within the first ten minutes. That's usually how these evenings start, long before anything on the agenda actually happens.

Moments That Brought Everyone Together

The evening opened with games, and that set the tone for the rest of the night. The hosts ran a string of them back-to-back, prizes for the winners, groans from everyone who lost, and for a good stretch nobody in the room was just sitting and watching.

From there, the evening shifted into a more traditional note, a Ganesh Vandana performance, followed by the diya lighting ceremony with the leadership team on stage. A quieter, more grounded moment before the energy picked back up again.

That energy carried straight into the Indian versus Western dance showdown, which got the loudest reaction of the night.

Music, Magic, and a Cake Worth Cutting

Once the games ran their course, the evening shifted gears again. The illusion artist took the stage next, and for a good ten minutes the room went quiet trying to work out how each trick was pulled off. A few people near the front swore they'd spotted something. They hadn't.

Right after, the live band changed the mood entirely. What had been a room full of people watching from their seats slowly turned into a crowd on their feet in front of the stage, and by the second or third song, nobody was sitting anymore. Somewhere in the middle of it, the cake came out, three tiers marking 26 years, and leadership gathered around it while everyone else crowded in to watch and cheer. It lasted a couple of minutes, but it's the moment that ended up in half the photos from that night.

As the music eventually gave way to dinner and a DJ set, the evening settled into its final, quieter stretch, the part where the real conversations tend to happen, once the speeches are done and people just want to sit down and talk.

It was a lovely trip down memory lane, packed with old photos and familiar faces that had everyone smiling by the end.

Celebrating 26 Years of Growth

Twenty-six years is a long run for any company, especially in an industry that reinvents itself every couple of years. Radixweb grew from a small team into a global software engineering company—a journey captured in our 26 Years of Engineering Intelligence. That growth was never really about the company on its own. It came down to the employees who stayed and grew alongside it, the clients who kept coming back project after project, and the partners who chose to build alongside us.

There have been real milestones along the way, new offices, new capabilities, new industries served. But if you ask anyone who's been here a while what they actually remember, it's rarely the milestones themselves. It's usually who they were working with when it happened. CEO Divyesh Patel summed up what's carried the company this far:

"Twenty six years have taught us that great technology isn't built by chasing trends. It's built through disciplined engineering, continuous learning, and a commitment to solving real business challenges. Intelligence Engineered reflects not just where we are today, but the standard we've upheld since day one."

Looking Ahead, Together

That's really the thread running through all 26 years, and it's what the evening's theme was pointing to as well. Intelligence Engineered is a theme, but underneath it is a fairly simple idea: build things properly, don't chase whatever's trending just because it's trending, and let real expertise do the talking. COO Dharmesh Acharya put it well when he spoke about what comes next:

"Engineering is never a destination. It's a discipline that grows stronger with every challenge we solve. As we step into the future of AI and intelligent systems, our greatest strength remains our people, their expertise, and their passion for building technology that lasts."

To every employee, client, and partner who's been part of this, thank you. 26 years in, that still needs saying. And as one chapter closes, another begins, carried forward by the same people and the same values that got us here.
