“Work hard, celebrate harder. At Radixweb, we bring the same energy to our Garba circles that we bring to our work, with a little more dhol, a lot more dancing, and our favorite people by our side!”
As Navratri brought the spirit of celebration to life, Radixians came together on October 10 for #RXNavratri2026, an evening of live dhol beats, Garba, festive food, and shared memories. Colleagues traded their usual workday routines for traditional attire and dandiya sticks, while family and friends joined in to make the celebration even more special. It was a night that brought our people closer, both on and off the dance floor.
Culture has always been an important part of life at Radixweb. As a technology-first company, we spend our days building products, solving complex problems, and exploring what technology can make possible. But we also believe in making time for the traditions that bring us together and keep us connected to our roots.
Our Navratri celebration began with the traditional aarti, giving everyone a moment to come together in prayer and mark the occasion. Soon after, the live dhol beats filled the venue, setting the rhythm for an evening of Garba and festive cheer.
From vibrant chaniya cholis and kediyas to elegant kurtas, Radixians showed up in their festive best. With colorful decorations, lights, and flowers adding to the atmosphere, the venue felt ready for a celebration that brought together people from across teams and departments.
Once the dhol started playing, the dance floor did what it does best: bring people together. The beats grew louder, the Garba circles grew wider, and the energy carried through every round. Our DJ kept things lively with festive remixes, giving everyone another reason to stay on the floor a little longer.

Seasoned Garba dancers and enthusiastic beginners joined the same circles. Some moved effortlessly through familiar steps, while others picked them up along the way. There were graceful twirls, a few missteps, plenty of laughter, and enthusiastic cheers from the sidelines.
The best part was seeing colleagues from different departments and levels dancing side by side. People who might usually meet over project updates or quick stand-ups found themselves sharing dance steps, jokes, and conversations that had nothing to do with deadlines. These are the little moments that turn workplace connections into genuine friendships.
Good celebrations become even better when shared with the people who matter most. That's why #RXNavratri2026 wasn't just for Radixians. We welcomed their partners, children, and friends, giving them a chance to experience a little of the workplace they've heard about through everyday stories at home.
For families, it was an opportunity to put faces to familiar names, meet the people behind those office anecdotes, and see where so many conversations about work begin. For Radixians, it meant sharing a part of their professional world with the people who support them outside it.
Children tried their hand at Garba, parents cheered from the sidelines, and friends joined in the festivities. With different generations and circles of friends coming together, the evening was a lovely reminder that the relationships we build at work can extend beyond office hours, creating connections that feel personal and lasting.
Of course, no Navratri celebration would be complete without great food and memorable photographs.
The photo booth was a crowd favorite, with colorful pagdis, quirky sunglasses, umbrellas, and dandiya sticks ready for the perfect festive pose. Colleagues gathered for group selfies, families captured keepsakes, and friends made the most of every prop. Some photographs were picture-perfect, others were all about the laughter. And both made the memories worth keeping.

And then there was the food. The aroma of familiar Indian dishes and festive snacks added another layer to the evening, bringing the warmth and comfort of traditional celebrations to the table. Between dance rounds, Radixians caught up over food, shared stories, and enjoyed a well-earned break from their usual routines.
From the dhol beats to the last photograph, every part of the evening had its own way of bringing people together. It was a celebration filled with the things that make festivals special: familiar traditions, good food, laughter, and time spent with people who matter.
