An IT Professor’s Story of Finding the Perfect Role in Radixweb

“I went from being a teacher to becoming a project coordinator. Management of groups of individuals who would prefer not to be managed, rearward planning, connecting with stakeholders, and other abilities, in my experience, are indeed transferable. It’s also true, in my opinion, that teachers are accustomed to working long hours, which is an added benefit for any field!

In my profession, I enjoy meeting new people, working with them, and interacting with them, mutually attain success for a particular project.”

What Made You Choose Radixweb Over Others?

I had seniors from my university who were working in Radixweb. After receiving a call from HR, I asked my seniors about the work culture and experience. Both of them said you should join this company as Radixweb gives open hands to do your task. And this certainly is an essential factor for any employee trying their best in professional life.

Yes, I was deployed on a project that was completely alien to me. However, my HOD provided ample time to grasp the new technology and understand its working. How Did You Get to Your Current Role?

As mentioned above, during my initial days of career I was a Faculty of Software Management Concepts for engineering students. Radixweb HR called me one day and briefed me on JD’s role and responsibilities. I came for an interview on 29 April 2016, and after some tough interview round, I got the offer from HR on the same day.

Throughout my five-plus IT career, I acquired different skills, which included leading a large-scale project across multiple time zones and languages. Managing teams, communicating with them and discussing ideas or negotiating with clients, and eventually handling a development team.
