Across most of our client conversations from last year, I’ve noticed a similar pattern. The sense of relief on a business leader’s face when they realize we can build them a working prototype with AI in a weekend’s time. However, they quickly lose the calm when they realize the prototype won’t become a product on its own.
I have witnessed leaders shift uncomfortably in their seats when we’ve asked questions like: What are your compliance obligations? Does your data architecture need to be geo-specific for European users?
