Dharmesh Acharya Redefining Tech Partnerships

Summary: Reshaping the way businesses look at software partnerships, is how Radixweb has been rendering its impact since the last 24 years. Hear it from our COO, Dharmesh Acharya, on how the ideology of #beyondinnovation is our recommitment to how our clients observe their relationship with us as ‘power partners’.

24 Years of deep industry experience. 24 Years of driving transformative excellence. 24 Years of delivering tangible impact for businesses.

As we inch closer to another successful year of being in business, I can’t help but recount the line of changes we have witnessed and reshaped as frontline warriors in the software development business.

Of all I believe, the most hard-earned one was the change of perception – on many fronts. While most argue that software development is solely about technology, innovation, and the will to put endless man hours in a project. However, I will urge you to take a look at the human side of it.

With #beyondinnovation, we are bringing to the forefront a 24-year-old practice, an ideology that we have carefully nourished and maintained. It is ‘THE’ philosophy with which we have served our 3000+ clients – extending ourselves beyond the role of mere software partners.

A Real-life Lesson

In fact, my interactions with our clients across multiple occasions revealed that their perception of how SDLCs should be, has changed drastically. I would draw a small inference here, back in the time somewhere we realized that a sizeable portion of our clients in North America weren’t particularly happy with how were navigating certain socio-cultural barriers in our communication.

Our response experts took lead of the situation and architected a fabulous gameplan. The first step of which was hiring a famous domain expert and senior strategist from NA with whom our clients would feel more connected to. And that first step itself yielded sumptuous success. Our new response strategist addressed client concerns with precision and filled in the gaps which we were struggling to meet.

The next step to this plan was in sending our senior most associate to NA as the representative of the organization – so that our clients are assured they aren’t being served blank promises. This senior resource who is still stationed in this crucial location of ours, deftly conveyed our commitment to assist our clients beyond the purview of technology. I believe this was the most adept expression of how we navigate, manage and resolve with precision our client concerns.

A Regular Practice to Serve Our Clients with Wider Impact

Our ideology of providing tech beyond innovation is not a one-day drill/ an experiment. It is so much more of a continuous exercise. Serving tech beyond innovation to our clients is our prolonged effort where were consider ourselves responsible for their project success.

You must dig deep to understand this psychology. When we started off at the grassroot in the market, so many clients chose us because of our competent pricing – which we still offer. But here’s the catch, our thirst for more was fuelled – we wanted to upscale what our clients thought about us, from cost saving centres to partners in growth and then into equal equity partners.

We realized the effectiveness of our impact when back in 2023 we won the INC Power Partner Award. As a part of their judgement process, the board connected and spoke to 10 of our premium clients, who narrated realistic stories of how our solutions transformed their businesses. The evaluation was thoroughly made based on our client’s feedback of how they were scaling, meeting business needs and tapping unexplored possibilities with us as their tech partner.

Of Building Beyond Professional Relationships

In the last 24 years, the numerous times that I have travelled for professional requirements, I have had one specific thought in my mind – using the opportunities to build deep rooted bonds. And that is one approach which has always worked for us. You see, when you meet a client like a business deal, they pass you relevant information about their requirements.

However, when you add a dash of personal touch to the conversation, they reveal such impeccable information which gives you an edge on how innovatively you could architect the solutions for them. And this has happened numerous times when I interacted with clients, conversations went to much personal levels, we bonded over our choice of sports and cuisine – and not just technology and projects.

I believe that as tech enablers it is important to open up our human sides where the clients discover our passion for life and work. That’s how they feel assured when confiding years of ideas and their hard-earned money to an organization that’s practically stationed continents away.

Building that legacy of trust takes time and huge efforts – which all of us at Radixweb have and continue to invest in.

Not Making Innovation Our End-Goal:

As true enablers of emerging tech, I believe considering innovation our endpoint only limits the way we can serve our clients. Of course, innovation and technology are two strong pillars on which we base our solutions. But when we talk about service, that’s truly wide scope.

I think when we call ourselves partners, we serve a broader purpose. And we call ourselves equal-equity partners, our responsibility to drive impact runs much deeper. We look at this with a 360-degree approach and have three well defined tools – unfailing tech strategies, design thinking at every step and stupendous engineering.

Armed with these, we have been designing transformative customer journeys – driving real, predictable and continuous revenue.

Unlocking Transformative Excellence at Every Step

At the core of our business is designing experiences – ones that tie tech innovation to a purpose and unlock tangible growth across every stage of the SDLC.

We move with a client-first but tech-agnostic approach across project sizes, client values and industries. From helping clients make tech investments that would actually bring them value; helping them pick best-fit technologies; building functionalities that they would practically need and not ones which would uselessly increase their cost burdens; designing solutions that fit well/ need minor adjustments with their existing tech architecture - #beyondinnovation is truly so much beyond what a software provider would do.

My End Note: I Prioritize People – Yours and OursI love working with people! It is such a habit I have grown over years – from brainstorming with them on projects to discovering their unique personal traits, that’s the part of my job I love most. And as we are just inches away from celebrating our anniversary, I feel grateful to every individual who’s linked to this business. For the people in my team, learning never ends – so I will be constantly urging them from my column on the constant need to level up and upscale to be in their best professional space. For the people we build, I know you already trust our legacy of 24 years. Radixweb is one space which doesn’t believe in laying low. So, we will break more glass ceilings, we will deliver more innovation… and beyond! For now, let’s rivel in the simple joy of Radixweb being in business for 24 glorious years.
