Our First Steps

If you look back at the history of IT, you’d know that in the early 2000s, IT was a chaotic sector – or to be more specific, a much disorganized one. With the Silicon Valley disasters in the west, global businesses had identified India as one of the most promising delivery centres. However, the Indian IT market was not as organized as it should have been in dealing with this booming requirement.

From unfair pricing to disorganized development processes, compliance errors to unmet quality standards – the IT scape was pretty much plagued. 21st July, 2000, when we kick-started our operations with a humble number of tech brains, we pledged ourselves towards making a difference.

As a custom software development company, Our policy was pretty much straight, organizing the software development dynamics of the market, delivering uncompromising quality to our clients, maintaining absolute transparency in our development processes and pivot rapid innovation in our sector. We had sky-high dreams, and banking on our core values of transparency, discipline, responsiveness and innovation-mindedness, we knew we’ll leave indelible footprints in our industry.

One of our most important learnings since our roll-out was the realization that the IT industry still thrives on a policy of fetching highest transactions. I think our primordial disadvantage was the fact that we were positioned as an outsourcing software development firm. Business leaders from the west were sceptical about three things – time zone differences, language and cultural barriers, and most importantly, work ethics of offshore partners.

We knew we had to turn our tide by turning these disadvantages into opportunities. And our first step towards addressing this was building and nurturing relationships that went beyond professional terms. From meeting our clients in person, connecting to them over all available means of communication, understanding their digital aim and operational set up, opened a world of opportunities to us.

I believe this is why our clients do not ever consider us as a random software vendor, but software partners that are committed to their growth. Today, as we have made our way into our third decade of operations, we have built innumerable connected client journeys – businesses that have stayed with us, grown with us, supported and cheered for us in all our milestones, and above all, made us their partner of growth.
