At Radixweb, we believe that the success of any organization is due to its people. This Women’s Day, we wanted to ensure that our female teammates felt appreciated and empowered. For this, we organized a “Self Defence Workshop” conducted by Ujjwal Jaiswal, a Martial Arts Coach since 2001.
The workshop’s main goal was to empower the women of Radixweb with the skills and techniques they need to protect themselves in case of any danger. During the workshop, the participants were taught self-defense techniques, practical exercises for strength and confidence, and special escaping techniques.
The workshop not only provided the women of Radixweb with the necessary skills to defend themselves but also instilled a sense of confidence and pride in them. This was further enhanced when the ladies were presented with surprise gifts and chocolates.
The celebration of Women’s Day at Radixweb reflects the company’s culture and values. Radixweb firmly believes in the power of women and strives to create an environment that encourages them to lead and excel in their careers.
We believe that celebrating Women’s Day is not only about gifting presents and chocolates to women but adding more power to their quiver. Mr. Ujjwal’s workshop not only provided the Women at Radixweb with the right skills to protect themselves in case of an attack but also gave them the confidence to stand up for themselves. Our Women’s Day celebrations are a testament to our commitment to creating an inclusive, empowering, and respectful work environment. We are proud of our employees and the hard work they put in every day to make us successful.
Our people’s enthusiasm and hard work make Radixweb a great workplace. We provide a platform for every individual to grow and reach their fullest potential. Our teams are encouraged to learn new skills and enhance their existing ones.
At Radixweb, we have an environment of mutual respect, appreciation, and trust. This is why we ensure that our people are provided with the best working conditions and are allowed to participate in activities that help build their skills and confidence.
Equality is not something we practice here at Radixweb – it's been instilled within us since the beginning. We are committed to creating an environment of trust and respect, and to empower our people to reach their fullest potential. We are grateful for the support of our team and the hard work they put in every day to make us successful.
It was not just about the celebration of womens day, because people were already dwelled into the holi vibes. Apart from the “Self Defence Workshop”, which was specifically for women; there was a delicious dinner treat and lively dance party for everyone to celebrate the day.
This year, the fun was doubled thanks to the addition of new bees to our squad. This festival's colours, sounds, delicacies, and Radixians have been expertly combined in a wine goblet; it's going to be a blast. Radixians were wishing, dancing, and shouting loudly with joy, "Bura Na Mano Holi Haiii".
