A Celebration of Giving, Sharing and Spreading Cheer – Christmas 2025 at Radixweb

Quick Rundown: Christmas at Radixweb means twinkling lights, surprise gifts galore, strengthening team spirit and setting the tone for the upcoming year 2026. This is how our team made way for festivities:

Christmas came to Radixweb with hope, joyous cheer, infectious happiness, and a promise of a marvellous 2026.

This year we are going a bit extra than usual – our 25^th year after all! So, every celebration at Radixweb this year, is an edge beyond what’s customary. And the merry festival of Christmas, the last festival of the season had to be special of course! This is how we did it at Radixweb:

We Started with The Customary Dress Code Though

Some Christmas traditions are just too precious to ignore! And our teams decided to stick around the traditional Christmas colours – red, white and green.

With colour-coded dresses, christmassy props like santa caps, quirky googles, slap bands – our teams gave joy their best expression even amidst erratic work schedules.

And Followed Up with an ‘Extra’ Décor Show

Creating a winter wonderland vibe was obviously on the cards! Right from the foyer to every inch of our HQ, Ekyarth, was decked up in winter glory. Our giant logo at the foyer has the extra dash of snow, our reception area twinkled with extra lights and a vibrant Christmas tree. Our work floors gleamed with glittery décor and every desk had Christmas props to spread cheer throughout the workday.

Our corridors, pantry areas, meeting rooms and thoughtpods had a very different look about themselves – away from the serious minimalism, very much the fun, breezy, spirited demeanour that the festivity demanded.

And Then Santa Came in – with A Twist

Secret Santa traditions are again a customary tradition for our Radixians. Our teams eagerly await the moment Santa hands over their gifts – sometimes quirky, at times unexpected!

So, this year, we made an ‘extra’ attempt – for our teams to get the gifts they want. We set up ‘Wishing Walls’, dedicated corners across our building where our people could set up wish lists that their ‘secret santa’ would fulfil. And it turned out to be huge fun!

From setting up their wish list on the wall to finding out what their Santa baby wants for the season, to finally unboxing their gifts in joy – everything didn’t just amp up the Christmas experience, it built stronger bonds, made our people more conscious about the personality of their teammates – team bonding done right!

Although the celebrations ended on 25^th, the spirit of the season stayed on each one of our minds!

We Made Sure the Essence of Giving Didn’t End with Christmas

Our teams strongly believe that the spirit of Christmas live beyond the usual date. And they wanted to be part of our ‘making a difference value.

With an in-house blood donation drive in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, our teams gathered for a cause – to give someone a second chance at life in the small way they could, while they got back advanced health reports for all donors.
