Diwali 2022- Igniting the Festive Mood at Radixweb

Published : Oct 31, 2022
Happy Diwali from Radixweb

Without a doubt, Diwali is the most auspicious festival in India. Diwali celebrations at the office unite our team and contribute to a more inclusive workplace environment across departments, boost employee morale, stimulate employee involvement, and foster joy.

These days, organizations have chosen fresher, more creative ways to celebrate this occasion. At Radixweb, the Diwali mood was vibrant, and everyone enjoyed every second of the festival. A sequence of activities planned at work to keep the employee interested. The beautifully decorated office and workstations set the festive vibes in the morning.

The distribution of Diwali gifts came after the rangoli competition. Traditional folk art, rangoli, is used to decorate floors during festive seasons. The ideal activity for fostering teamwork has always been a rangoli competition. Radixians participated in the office’s arranged rangoli competition with great excitement during Diwali. Everyone took part and demonstrated their artistic skills by creating vibrant rangolis.

Radixians Celebrating Colorful Diwali with Rangoli

Diwali is one of the eagerly anticipated holidays at the office partly because of the gifts exchanged as a custom to show gratitude and appreciation and foster goodwill among coworkers and colleagues.

In order to show one another that we care, we gather as a family around Diwali and exchange presents. It might be a little different this Diwali. The appropriately named “festival of lights” is more than simply a time to light fireworks; it’s also a time to share joy with others. This year, we made an effort to put a smile on other people’s faces.

Would you agree with us that every child deserves to feel joy and happiness? Especially during their early years. At Radixweb, our team welcomed Freedom daycare center volunteers who presented a wide variety of handcrafted Diwali decorative items made by special children from the NGOs.

We knew our little efforts by purchasing the items from them would bring smiles to their face – thus, Radixians decided to do the same. You may check some glimpses of it in the above video.

We begin the New Year with an oath of hard work, perseverance, and showing respect and support for every individual.
