We specialize in HR and employee onboarding solutions. It's basically an application that makes the whole onboarding process a lot easier for businesses.

I'm the founder of the company and my role involves overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and growth of our organization.

The time difference and sometimes the culture and language differences between our team in Australia and our team in India were nominal issues, I would say. However, as I said, they try to be always available for us and even in case they’re not at the most inconvenient time, they quickly make up for it.
