Riley LLC. is a well-known organization in the United States specializing in the HVACR industry. HVACR stands for heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration. This client conducts research, distributes important information, and provides on-demand services about these systems, such as consultation, installations, maintenance, repair, etc.

Project Vision

The company wanted to make it easier for customers to buy their services and learn more about HVACR systems. The best way to do that is by building an eCommerce site and connecting it with a learning management system (LMS) so that there’s a one-stop platform for every need. This would allow customers to explore their services online while conveniently accessing educational resources at any given time.

The Strategy

The core objective was to develop an eCommerce learning management system with a great look and feel and a robust backend panel to manage all commercial activities. Our LMS development team needed to build the eCommerce site in order to integrate their LMS with it and allow users to access educational material and services pertaining to heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration.

The eCommerce frontend would offer easy usability with simple flow of navigation of the website. The sound backend panel would take care of all back-office transactions including the recording of revenue collection. The idea behind the entire effort to build this system was to provide customers with a premier source of technical and educational information in environmental technology as well as relevant services at their fingertips.
