What do you picture when you think about a great workplace? Is it a company with a big gaming suite, fitness center, and fancy parties? While many reputed companies offer such amazing perks (for example, Salesforce offers treadmill desks and Google provides free food), the definition of a great workplace goes far beyond these offers and benefits. At its core, I believe is, the faith people have in their leaders, the extent to which they appreciate their colleagues, and the level of pride they take in their work.
For the past 21 years, Radixweb has been on a transformational journey led by our team. And this influential change has helped Radixweb get Certified™ by Great Place to Work® in 2021, with 88% of employees acknowledging our positive work culture. Undoubtedly, this is a big milestone in our expedition as we have officially joined the club of the world’s best companies to work for.

About Radixweb’s Great Place to Work® Certification
Great Place to Work® is a global institute on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behavior. Such is the profound recognition of this certification that companies aspire to achieve, and both employees and employers consider it a benchmark of a high-trust workplace.
For over 30 years, they have been assisting organizations in more than 50 countries to build a modern workplace culture on the basis of fairness, respect, and credibility. Some of the organizations awarded the certificate in 2020 are – Bosch, Dell, SIX Global Services, and Cisco.
This year, Great Place To Work® collaborated with Radixweb to conduct a company-wide survey and extensive audit to determine if Radixweb is up to the standard.
So, how exactly did this survey go? Well, assessing our workplace answer could be an easy answer, but it’s a lot more complicated. We demonstrated:
- Implementation of Radixweb values
- Open feedback culture
- How we collect/consider employee feedback
- Salary methodology
Basically, it was like performing an X-ray of the entire organization.
In addition to the audit, they also conducted an organization-wide survey, and 100% of our employees actively took part in it. Here are some highlights of the survey result:
The Great Place to Work® Certification surveys were conducted under two specific metrics, namely the Trust Index© and the Culture Audit©. The former parameter which judges a firm’s acceptability quotient within its in-house team has Radixweb marked at a mesmerizing average score of 88. Judged on five unique parameters, here are the details:
- Credibility Of Management – 88
- Respect For People – 88
- Fairness At Workplace – 86
- Pride – 90
- Camaraderie Between People – 89
Now coming to the greater question – what made us take this exam? It was one of our long-time goals – putting Radixweb in this exclusive list of the prime organizations in the entire world. This certificate is the testimony of our indomitable spirit and hard work to implement our core values. When you are a great employer and get validation for that from an objective assessment with a broader perspective, it definitely feels proud to share this amazing news.
Additionally, Great Place to Work® research has shown that job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to have a great boss at the certified workplace, as well as employees there are twice more likely to get fair pay, a fair chance of promotion, and a fair share of the organization’s profit. They are also 93% more likely to long for coming to work. All these certainly promise a bright future for Radixweb.

We must remember that the founding stones of Radixweb were laid by two like-minded people whose aim was to create a trustworthy and differentiated IT service space for the global clientele, along with having an informed IT audience and user base. Radixweb has an extremely involved leadership team that instills in the rest, the zeal to learn. Apart from being actively involved in the tech-based decisions of the firm, our management tops take pride in keeping themselves updated with the tech know-hows of the era. In fact, some of our most promising tech solutions are conceived and shaped by them exclusively. Their extensive domain knowledge and strong business sense helps us in handling continuous business challenges and in leaving indelible digital footprints in this tech world.
Radixweb is one firm widely known in the modern IT space for its open-door organizational policies. Our core value of transparency rings throughout our organizational structure and is served equally to clients and internal teams alike. Apart from that, our HR policies are highly inclined towards driving employee satisfaction because we believe that our long-term associations with a highly performing team and their trust in us is our ‘true reward’. From a team of a 5 to a 500+ strength now, Radixweb has indeed come a long way! And our new corporate hub, Ekyarth, one of the finest specimens of the neo-modern workplace, is a tribute to our teams tirelessly working across time zones to enable client gratification.
Over the last year, we conducted a comprehensive listening tour with random groups of employees and restructured our employee benefit initiatives. From taking proactive measures to prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees to managing a hybrid IT team, we ensure taking care of the individual needs of every employee during the disruptive and challenging days. We organize virtual events and happy hours to lift up the spirit of our inclusive and diverse squad.
For over two decades now, Radixweb has been a pioneer in the software development world. With the goal of providing leading-edge technical solutions, we have made our way across the threshold of our country and set our feet in multiple overseas locations. Accordingly, we have revamped our arsenal and provided high-end equipment and tools to flawlessly deliver complex and bigger projects.
This is certainly a giant leap for us, which was not possible without our workforce’s growing prowess and expertise. In a world where people are still unsure about investing in IT modernization, we have emerged as a trusted offshore partner for many across the globe, tirelessly providing intelligent tech solutions and spearheading growth.
At Radixweb, every member of the team is considered an asset, given that we have built a varied workforce from several dimensions across industries. Our employee appreciation method, too, is distinctive. Not only do we analyze individual skills and strengths but weave key responsibilities of our employees around that. Everyone has got the point to establish themselves in the current market, and we always back them up with Radixweb’s innovative and technological strength.
A Penny for Our Thoughts
Every day as a global market leader, we’re humbled by this camaraderie, by how we have been navigating through all these years, and by what we’re continuously learning from each other. Nothing can be more rewarding than igniting the team spirit as we’re continuously moving ahead to deliver leading-edge software solutions to clients. Amid hostile circumstances, we ensure keeping our ears to the ground and implementing the best practices into our daily work.
There’s no Radixweb without this team, so naturally, that has become our priority. Does the achievement feel good? Of course. Do we also believe there’s still a lot to achieve? Absolutely.
Success does not come overnight. But it’s also our collective objective to establish Radixweb as one of the best employers in the world. And we surely won’t stop working on it.
