And this influential change has helped Radixweb get Certified™ by Great Place to Work® in 2021, with 88% of employees acknowledging our positive work culture. About Radixweb’s Great Place to Work® Certification

Great Place to Work® is a global institute on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behavior. Such is the profound recognition of this certification that companies aspire to achieve, and both employees and employers consider it a benchmark of a high-trust workplace.

For over 30 years, they have been assisting organizations in more than 50 countries to build a modern workplace culture on the basis of fairness, respect, and credibility. Some of the organizations awarded the certificate in 2020 are – Bosch, Dell, SIX Global Services, and Cisco.

This year, Great Place To Work® collaborated with Radixweb to conduct a company-wide survey and extensive audit to determine if Radixweb is up to the standard.

So, how exactly did this survey go? Well, assessing our workplace answer could be an easy answer, but it’s a lot more complicated. We demonstrated:

  • Open feedback culture
  • How we collect/consider employee feedback
  • Salary methodology
  • Growth

Basically, it was like performing an X-ray of the entire organization.

In addition to the audit, they also conducted an organization-wide survey, and 100% of our employees actively took part in it. Here are some highlights of the survey result:

The Great Place to Work® Certification surveys were conducted under two specific metrics, namely the Trust Index© and the Culture Audit©. The former parameter which judges a firm’s acceptability quotient within its in-house team has Radixweb marked at a mesmerizing average score of 88. Judged on five unique parameters, here are the details:

  • Respect For People – 88
  • Fairness At Workplace – 86
  • Pride – 90
  • Camaraderie Between People – 89

Now coming to the greater question – what made us take this exam? It was one of our long-time goals – putting Radixweb in this exclusive list of the prime organizations in the entire world. This certificate is the testimony of our indomitable spirit and hard work to implement our core values. When you are a great employer and get validation for that from an objective assessment with a broader perspective, it definitely feels proud to share this amazing news.

Additionally, Great Place to Work® research has shown that job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to have a great boss at the certified workplace, as well as employees there are twice more likely to get fair pay, a fair chance of promotion, and a fair share of the organization’s profit.
