Diwali has a way of making everything around us a little brighter. Colorful decorations, festive outfits, sweets passed from hand to hand and the kind of laughter that fills an office on days like this.
We felt all of it at Radixweb on 3rd November 2026. The office looked different, everyone was dressed in traditionals, teams were busy creating rangolis, and there was excitement in every corner. Between the decorations, friendly competition, endless photographs and little conversations, the day turned into one big celebration of the love and light we carry within.
The festive feeling started right at the entrance. Marigold garlands framed the doorway, and two huge diyas welcomed everyone in. Fairy lights added a warm glow to the walls, while paper lanterns, flower hangings and festive installations gave the office a completely different look.
Familiar corners had turned into festive spots, and there was always someone stopping to take a closer look, point out a favorite decoration or ask a colleague to click a picture.
One of the nicest things about celebrating Diwali together is seeing everyone bring a little bit of their own traditions to the occasion. And our Radixians certainly didn't hold back when it came to dressing up!
The office was full of beautiful colors and fabrics. Rich silks, embroidered kurtas, graceful sarees, colorful dupattas, traditional prints and all kinds of festive details. Some went with classic ethnic looks, while others added their own contemporary twist.
There were compliments being exchanged, outfit details being admired and plenty of pictures being clicked. It was also lovely to see how differently everyone expressed the festive spirit through what they wore.

This year's rangoli competition had a simple idea behind it: bring people together, not to work on a project or meet a deadline, but just to have fun and create something as a team. And with big cash prizes up for grabs, there was even more reason to give it their best.
The colors, powders and flower petals came out, and soon enough, different corners of the floor were taken over by some seriously creative ideas.

And when all the rangolis were finally ready, choosing the winners wasn't easy. Every team had put in so much effort, but three designs managed to take the top spots.
Congratulations to all winners, and a big shout-out to every team that took part. The prizes were certainly exciting, but the best part was watching colleagues build something beautiful together.

Of course, not everything that made the day special was on the schedule. Some of our favorite memories came from the moments in between.
A group gathering for one more photograph, colleagues pulling each other into selfies, friends catching up, someone making a funny face just as the camera clicked. Before we knew it, almost every decorated corner had become a photo spot, and there was no shortage of laughter, hugs and a few perfectly timed photobombs!
These little moments are often the ones we remember the longest. The photographs will bring them all back, but so will the stories, the jokes and the conversations we'll probably keep bringing up long after Diwali is over.
We wanted the Diwali feeling to reach every Radixian, not just those celebrating with us at the office. So, whether someone was working from home or joining us from another city, everyone received a Diwali hamper.
We put together a mix of things that would add a little something to the celebrations. Fragrant diyas to light up their homes and bring in positive vibes, sweets to share with loved ones, and other festive goodies that made the hamper feel complete.
The thought was to give something that people could actually use and enjoy, while also carrying a little sentiment with it. Something that would bring a smile when they opened the hamper, make their celebrations a little sweeter, and perhaps remind them of Radixweb whenever they lit a diya or reached for one of the things inside.
Celebrating Diwali, Celebrating Our People
When we look back at the day, it's not really the decorations, the rangoli prizes or even the photographs that stand out the most. It's the people we shared it all with.Everyone was a part of the celebration in some way, and that's what made it feel so special. That's the spirit of Radixweb. We work together as a team, share our everyday wins and challenges, and when there's a reason to celebrate, we come together just as naturally as a family. It's these moments that remind us how much the people around us add to our journey. And if you'd like to be part of the people and experiences that make Radixweb what it is, explore open positions. The celebration may have been for a day, but the spirit of Diwali is something we carry with us all year round. The warmth, the light, the positivity and the joy of being together. That's something worth holding on to, long after the diyas have gone out. Here's wishing everyone a very Happy Diwali from the entire Radixweb family!
