True progress in the modern corporate landscape is measured not just by technological milestones, but by the depth of an organization’s inclusivity.
International Women’s Day 2026 serves as a global heartbeat for this mission, reminding us that honoring the leadership and impact of women is not a once-a-year gesture, but a fundamental business imperative. At Radixweb, we celebrated the day as a reflection of the continued pledge towards the creation of an inclusive but empowering culture at the workplace.
The theme for the IWD 2026, “Give To Gain,” emphasizes the simple yet powerful concept that when organizations support women, women will support back the organization through stronger teams, richer perspectives, and more innovative results driven out comes.
We have long held the view that invention, creativity, and leadership are gender-neutral. Talent naturally flourishes when people are given equal opportunity and work in a collaborative environment.
As the clock struck 5:30 PM, the Radixweb cafeteria began transforming into more than just a common gathering space—it became the heart of the Women’s Day celebration.
In order to commemorate the moment, the place was decorated with the highly recognized colors of International Women’s Day, which include purple, green, and white. Each of the colors added their own vibrancy to the setting, resulting in a happy and welcoming ambiance that immediately uplifted the mood of the evening.
Adding to the charm was the fact that the women at Radixweb were also dressed in purple, green, or white, thus complementing the theme of the celebration itself. It was a beautiful visual treat to see the room filled with vibrant colors, happy conversations, and smiles.
To keep the celebration lively and engaging, the evening included a series of fun interactive games hosted by energetic anchors who kept everyone involved throughout the event.
Some of the activities included “Guess the Song,” “Find Items from the Crowd,” “Form a Group and Perform a Dance,” and “Listen to the Song and Identify the Article.” Each game brought plenty of laughter, cheers, and playful competition to the room.
Women across teams enthusiastically stepped forward to participate, while colleagues cheered them on from around the space. Whether it was recognizing a song, searching for items in the crowd, or performing a spontaneous dance, every activity sparked light-hearted fun.
More than the games themselves, it was the encouragement, cheers, and shared laughter that made these moments special. The activities created a relaxed space where everyone could unwind, participate, and simply enjoy the celebration together.
No celebration at Radixweb is ever complete without something delicious on the side — and Women’s Day was no different.
The evening came with a cheerful spread of favourites: panipuri, cheeseballs, French fries, and to end on a sweet note, cupcakes and chocolates. It wasn’t just about the snacks but it was about the little breaks in between, the “just one more plate” moments, and the laughter shared while standing around the food counters.
The food counters quickly turned into little hubs of conversation.
It’s often these simple, candid, and unplanned interactions that make celebrations memorable and truly reflect workplace culture.
Even while the games, food, a lot of chit-chat, and fun celebrations gave the evening excitement, the real purpose of the gathering was to honor the amazing women at Radixweb.
They contribute significantly to every team and department by driving innovation, delivering impactful solutions, sharing original ideas, and leading teams with confidence and dedication.
Their commitment and perspectives have played an important role in shaping the 25-year journey of Radixweb.
Honoring the women at Radixweb on this IWD was a reminder of one of our core values: the strength of creating an organization that values respect, opportunity, and talent recognition.
