Working with Sean Shaikun, VP of Product at an enrollment marketing company, was a true co‑build experience. In collaboration with his team, Radixweb executed a structured build process of the SaaS platform. Technical priorities included data handling, interface usability, and scalability considerations.

Their project management methods were straightforward and fairly easy to work with. We agreed on timelines at the start, and they kept to them. If we had a change or a new request, they adjusted unhesitatingly.
When our client set out to build their new university enrollment marketing platform, the goal was to give admissions and academic staff an easy way to try out different marketing scenarios and keep track of their goals.
With Sean as our primary PoC at the firm, we developed the platform from scratch. Users could explore various enrollment plans and institutional strategies to generate early student interest and improve conversion rates.
This well-architected SaaS product gave the client a quality solution to introduce to universities as a much-needed way to manage enrollment expectations and track performance.
I work as the VP of Product. We use a blend of technology and creative thinking to give universities solutions that make it easier to reach more students and hit their enrollment targets.
We were looking for a way to give enrollment teams a tool that would help them make sense of what’s going on in the market. There’s a lot of information out there but it’s often scattered and hard to use for actual planning. We wanted something modern and easy to use, something that could help them understand trends, test out different scenarios, and keep track of their goals in one place.
It started with a simple web search. I was searching for a SaaS development company, and Radixweb appeared in several listings.
A few reasons. They had consistently strong reviews. The pricing made sense for our budget, which was important as a startup. They seemed qualified to work as our partner, had the skills we needed and the flexibility to work with our way of doing things.
They built a self-service SaaS platform from scratch. The system allows enrollment and academic teams to see current trends in the enrollment landscape, explore different planning strategies, and track their progress toward goals. It’s set up so multiple users can log in at the same time and work with the same, up-to-date data.
We had a small but capable team, around two to five people. It was the right size for our project without unnecessary layers.
We now have a complete product in the market. It’s already proving useful for our clients and can scale alongside our growth trajectory. Having that stability means we can focus on expanding features and onboarding new users without any major overhaul.
Radix worked as an extension of our team. They acted as the experts in many projects, often bringing innovative solutions to the table.

Most of our interactions happened through virtual meetings and email. When quick updates or decisions were needed, we used messaging apps. It fit well into our schedule and theirs.
Since we were a startup, we also required input from people who could look ahead and see where changes might be useful. Radix worked as an extension of our team. They acted as the experts in many projects, often bringing innovative solutions to the table. The way they contributed ideas from their own experience definitely helped us make some better choices in the project.
We were very happy with the work and relationship with the team. Our SaaS product worked as planned and the collaboration felt easy. There wasn’t anything that stood out as a problem.
Working with Radixweb was absolutely productive. They understood what we were trying to do and stayed with us through every step. The platform we ended up with is something we can build on as our business grows. They kept things moving, paid attention to details, and jumped in with ideas when we needed them. It felt like working with people who were genuinely invested in seeing the project succeed, which made the whole process a lot easier.
Building a SaaS product from scratch is always a rewarding experience. Working with Sean and his team gave us the opportunity to shape the platform from its earliest concept into a functional solution. The collaboration was open and constructive, and we see this as a strong example of what can be achieved when both sides work toward the same goal.
