Hi, this is Marvin, the founder of California-based global pharmaceutical test equipment distributor organization. They needed a software partner to build robust e-commerce websites for both their business divisions and enhance the virtual profiles for better visibility.

Ours is a two-dimensional business. While the Pharma Group handles pharmaceutical equipment testing, the other one is an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) for industry needs. I am the owner and founder of the business.
The business was in need for a strong virtual presence and I was looking for a software partner who would not only build two responsive ecommerce websites, but would also bring about intelligent enhancements to boost our online presence organically.

I think one of the most primal need for any online business is Google Analytics – and getting organic hits is a tricky thing. The SEO portion of the software that we chose is very good. Compared to some other experiences we have had with SEO, our present experience has turned out to be extremely fruitful. I can punch in any of our product part numbers, and I know we’ll come out with flying colors. The SEO and the other enhancements that Radixweb has done, have worked extremely well for us because we get a little bit more traffic.
I never missed a deadline with Radixweb. The little times that we had delays were never because of them, but may be because I wanted things differently at the end. They follow project milestones well and always keeps the client updated of developments.
I never missed a deadline because of their lag – I guess that says a lot about their work. Radixweb had involved several departments based on the scope of work. For example, for the first website, there was a team of graphic designers that created the banners and manipulated the visuals. There was another team that put the database in place. They had several teams of engineers and experts in order to accommodate the project needs.
For the second project, I was working with one or two people. I am very happy with was the e-commerce capabilities and how the product shows on the website. It has different ways of bringing it to the customer’s attention. Radixweb added more flexibility to the payment procedures. In our case, people could earlier either go with Visa or American Express, but we added PayPal, which has been very convenient for some customers, especially for international people who don't like to put credit cards all over the place.
From time to time, I had more interaction with the development team; but I primarily had one person who was in charge of the whole project. Everything was fed to that individual, and that person would put my questions or requests into the right place.
That has to be their transparent approach towards business and their honesty. Honestly, there’s a lot of apprehension involved when it comes to overseas firms. As little as $1000 is a risky investment as it can go into the pocket of fraudsters.
But with Radixweb, this was never the case. Everything is duly accounted here, every move/ development and issue is conveyed to the clients in time and there are no rude shocks. I am totally comfortable even if there is a surplus amount. I know that they will hold it in my account for my next spend.
When it comes to their workflow, it’s entirely value driven and deadline focused. They take special care of not falling behind the schedule. Besides, they are very open to communication and take iteration requests very sportingly.
