The scope of their work mainly covered developing a Student Booking App – allowing users to browse courses, book classes, view schedules, manage payments, and track their learning journey. This included a Teacher App that enables educators to manage their classes, take attendance, update course content, and view bookings, a Salon/Business App for providing tools for salons to book training for their teams, manage staff participation, and track course history, and an Admin Console – a centralized dashboard for managing courses, sites, teachers, pricing, schedules, reports, and overall system configuration.

By the time of this review, about 80% of the mobile apps and admin system were built. We could test the main booking features, like browsing courses and signing in. Key parts of the system, such as course management and teacher management, were working. The design and screens for the apps were completed, so we could test how everything looks and works. Our early testing showed that most main features were working correctly, and we were close to starting full end-to-end testing.
