Tell us about your business and what you do there.
We have a luxury jewelry brand and other consumer products based in London. We have 51-200 employees in our firm who manage our global inventory system and various other business operations through a bespoke backend platform.
I work as the Digital and eCommerce Director there.
What are the tech challenges your firm was facing?
We have an internal platform that helps us operate our business inventory and processes across the world. Previously, we partnered with an agency that took charge of the system. But due to their inadequacy, the project became stale and impacted our business growth. As a result, our search was for a productive software development partner who could offer better development processes and optimize the entire system so that it could lead to improved business outcomes.

As with any project, there have been ups and downs. And working with Radixweb, there’ve been more ups than downs, which is great. They have handled project management tasks very well. They understand my frustrations and deliver according to what I want.
We use a tracking system for all of our tasks. If there are issues, bugs, tasks, or QA needs, we log them into the system and we can see who is working on them and for how long. Although there were time and communication barriers, they were always communicative and even adjusted their schedules to accommodate my requirements.
