Agility and ultra-responsiveness makes this team our house favorite
Hi, this is Ryan, the Managing Partner at a Canada-based organization. Ours is an ongoing partnership with them. Team Radixweb has developed a digital sales playbook using an agile methodology. They have also introduced an Outlook email integration featuring email templates and are now creating analytics capabilities for us.
Our clients are very happy with the UI/UX. They continue to say how unique our solution is in the market.
Their customer support model is very responsive and continuous to be in sync with our Agile development sprints.
Radixweb participates in daily communication and works collaboratively with clients to understand user behaviors and needs. They have deep-rooted technical competencies that bring in new perspectives to any project. At this time, we have nothing to complain about; they should just keep doing whatever they already do. It’s awesome!
Our client is a solution marketing and sales enablement consulting firm for B2B tech companies. Through market research, they analyzed and found a huge gap in the market needs and prevalent sales enablement practices. This made them look out for a next-gen software development partner who could build them the right sales enablement tool.
Radixweb gained their faith using its super responsive customer support model, and there has been no looking back. “Their UI/UX designs have made our clients happy and our solution unique. We have a defined product roadmap that will continue to add value back to our customers.”
We are a sales enablement consulting and solutions marketing firm with headquarters in Toronto, Canada. We help B2B tech companies grow revenue, deliver customer-centric value propositions, and strengthen their go-to-market strategies.
I am the Managing Partner.
Through our primary market research, we found a huge gap in how organizations enable their sales teams. Many sales enablement tools focus on engagement (sending emails, social selling), but we have heard sales teams need help with core messaging. This brought us to design a Digital Sales Playbook, and we needed a software partner who could design that for us. We wanted the Sales Playbook to work on any device, anywhere, giving users access to on-demand content and Sales and Marketing collateral at their fingertips.
This is where our journey with Radix began. They are and continue to be our agile development team, paired up with our product management experts.
We met three development firms during our selection period; Radixweb was one of them. The Sales Playbook was a project very close to our hearts, so we were very particular about the development.
Radix was able to demonstrate they could develop the product we needed to design. Their customer support model is very responsive and continuous to be in sync with our Agile development sprints.
From Custom Development to Project Management and Technology Consulting – they excelled in everything. It gives us this sense of pride when our customers say that they are flattered by the UI/UX. We know we chose the right people in the way they have made our solution unique.
The Outlook integration has allowed Sales Users to open pre-built email templates (from marketing) directly from the Playbook into Outlook and made it easy to send out prospecting messages. We are currently looking at adding Analytics to our Sales Playbook platform. I think this clearly states how happy we are with their work.
Their Agile Development Skills are on-point! So is their deep knowledge about Technology skillsets. Also, they have a brilliant understanding of user requirements; they steer into the development strategy accordingly.
Radixweb assigns Project Managers for every assignment they take up. This person is a one-point contact for all your concerns and queries, so you don’t really need to communicate with a lot of people in their team.
The process is pretty transparent. We had daily check-ins using Skype and Zoom. For any major releases, their development team and our team spoke over Zoom calls to understand the Users requirements and UX.
Their technical knowledge is marvelous! Ours was a complex project with very particular objectives, which their design and Agile development helped us achieve. Also, they have a very clear understanding of user requirements; they put a lot of study into that. That’s what makes their solutions stand out in the market.
You can’t point the finger at an area they need to improve. Right from IT Consultation to analysis, development strategy to testing, integrations, and support – we have had a fabulous experience in each sphere.
Account Manager for requirements gathering, Scrum Project Manager for agile development sprints, a Technology consultant to advise on the best application approach, and Developers to build the solution – this is our team composition, and we think we have got the best.
The organization rates Radixweb high in terms of adherence to deadlines, quality of development work, cost propositions, and collaborative approach and will continue this partnership on an ongoing basis. They already have a roadmap planned showing how Radixweb can add value to their systems.
“Radixweb participates in daily communication and works collaboratively to understand user behaviors and needs. Their technical competency is another highlight of the partnership.”
