Tell us a bit about your business and the role you have there.
We are a data marketing company based out in USA. Our job is to offer a variety of consumer and residential data along with data analysis services to help our clients in making marketing strategies.

For what tech-biz challenges did you partner with Radixweb?
We work with vast databases of millions of records and have several websites to sell them. Each of those sites is coded a little differently - they have their own backends and are essentially their own entities. Our goal with Radixweb was to combine all of those sites to have a single endpoint, a single API, that we could use to access all of our databases from a common platform.
The ultimate goal was to streamline the entire operational process and simplify the work of our employees as well as our clients.
Did Radixweb fit your criteria? What made you choose them?
We have a small development team in-house, but we couldn’t handle a project of this size by ourselves. We found Radixweb and several other firms through a Google search, and we met with their teams.
In addition to having experience working in the mailing industry, which is essentially what we're in, Radixweb was familiar with working with some of our customers as well. They also had an exceptionally good grasp of working with different APIs that serve this kind of data. After considering everything, we realized that they had the best background to take on this kind of project.
How did Radixweb fulfill your requirements?
To facilitate this kind of project endeavor, Radixweb started by developing a generic API that could access all of our different databases—each one with different fields, different requirements, and different types of data in it. Radixweb provided backend development services using .NET Core and .NET Standard. They made the same new API highly extensible too so that we could add additional databases to it in the future without having to rebuild the API.
The new database was capable of handling multiple other sizable datasets we work with; meaning it could efficiently build and execute database queries against our hundreds of millions of records. All in all, Radixweb used the best of their knowledge to understand our requirements and came up with a perfect product that operates quickly without any timeouts on a web interface.
How do you think your partnership with Radixweb impacted your business?
Judging by our first tests, the database works as quickly and exactly the way we expected it to. To be honest, we had a very complex project, both technically and financially, and not many agencies had the resources and skills we were looking for.

I just had to personally work with 3-4 professionals, and they were all very approachable to queries and requests.
What would you say is the most impressive thing about the Radixweb team?
My favorite thing about them is definitely how they responded to our crisis and delivered the best possible solution. They had a clear understanding of our needs and the ability to reduce them down to specific requirements.
Particularly, in the beginning, our team had a vague understanding due to our limited or ambiguous knowledge. Based on our existing documentation, APIs, and websites, we expressed what we wanted without any hesitation. But their capacity to understand our needs and build a platform like this, without having done it before, was very impressive. They’ve been an excellent partner during this entire project.
