Auspicious Colour Play for a Generous Dash of Hues: A Rangoli Contest

This Diwali ritual holds a very special place in our hearts. The sacred custom of forming designs at the main entrance of homes with the brightest of hues, symbolizing everything auspicious, is a significant part of our culture.

At Radixweb, we take this custom to the next level by inviting our creative folks to unleash their skills and show off their designs. This year, we opened up our sprawling cafeteria space for our folks to pair up in teams and indulge in some heartwarming artistry.

We marked the start of our Diwali festivity as Radixians swarmed in donning the very best of their festive wear. And then began the artistry! We lay witness to some spellbinding designs, from traditional patterns to representations of our brand logo, poignant socio-cultural messages, and even silhouettes of celebrities – all in true artistic fervor.

As our huge cafeteria came alive with these beautiful patterns – they reflected stories too warm and affectionate. Of teams that work together to take creativity, innovation and artistry to a very different level of collaborative spirit. Celebrations as such are of course too deeply ingrained in our culture, but more than anything, they speak of a massive “coming together” spirit, which every one of us nourishes dearly.

Togetherness at the Heart of Tradition

Diwali at this part of the world is important as a tradition for us. But at Radixweb, it is so much more. It is upholding our commitment to honor our culture, our roots, the bond of togetherness, and the promise of celebrating even the smallest of wins.

Our Diwali celebrations reflect the way we hold on to traditions, values, and customs as they have been passed down generations – both at home and at work. Their thoughtful gesture reflects our culture which believes in putting the clients first, but the employees even before that.
