All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!
And we Radixians aren’t any Jack, so we tap on our keyboards in sync, until we reach the ground and match our steps to upbeat music. We are talking about the festival of Nine Nights – Navratri, when the whole of Radixweb gathers around for some party-peppy music, grooving to the beats of drums and reveling in the spirited dance form that we call ‘garba’.
And with the families joining into our festive fervour, the colours of this festival shone brighter for #RXNavratri2024.
Just a trailer cut of our Navratri celebrations could get you grooving. Watch the video here:
Celebrating Navratri is a tradition of honour for us Radixians as the entire Radix family comes together to celebrate the festive spirit in style. Dressed up their traditional best, you’ll find every Radixian dance till they drop. Celebrating the festival of righteousness with treasured colleagues, loved ones, and with even our top-tier management joining us on the floor – RXNavratri is one occasion that literally acts as a mood lifter for the entire organization.
And it’s not just about fun! We have seen RXNavratri act as ice breakers between departments, seniors, and juniors where they connected over shaking a leg and the camaraderie carried on to the work floors where they collaborated bigger and better.
Our leadership team at Radixweb strongly upholds the essence of culture through such “coming together” programs. To foster a wider sense of belongingness and inclusivity, team Radixweb has been warmly welcoming the spouses and families of our team members – something which has resulted in bonds growing beyond the professional limits.
The event kickstarted with the customary aarti of the divine mother and set the tone for a fun-filled night. And then, as the tunes of traditional folk music filled the air, Radixians started showing off their gorgeous ‘Garba’ moves. The festive décor of the venue, glimmers of traditional outfits, and the overall vibe of the place was nothing short of a “la la land”.
Our event planners are masters of pepping up engagement! And RXNavratri panned out further with several fun-filled activities that brought closer colleagues across departments and hierarchies. But what’s fun without a DJ?
You guessed that right! The last spin of RXNavratri 2024 was brought together by our talented in-house DJ. And the excitement was to behold! Tapping to the beats of the music and peppy tunes, Radixians and their families danced away till the wee hours of the night – revelling in newfound friendships and edging up a few old ones.
But wait, that can’t be the end of it, right? Because the music in the air had to be complemented with the mouthwatering smell of a choicest spread out! People at Radixweb are known for their love for food, and like every other event, RXNavratri2024 had a huge spread of delicacies and savouries for all attendees.
So, as the event came to a close and the beats of the DJ started fading away, the rounds of “once more” started mellowing down. Every Radixian went home with aching feet but a heart full of memories and warmth.
This is the spirit of celebrations; they can lift the gloomiest of moods, make you forget what’s bothering you in life, and bond with that colleague whom you’ve never spoken to earlier!
Our leaders or “people mentors” as they like to call themselves, realize the importance of unwinding after periods of highly engaging work commitments. As they pledge to deliver the best of software partnerships to our clients, they are equally committed to upholding the overall well-being of the team that works day-ins to realize this business vision. It is in Radixweb’s organizational culture to uphold a closely-knit environment where all can thrive.
Our leaders have time and again passed down a crucial message – “praise the performer but be a rock for the ones that need help”. And with such coming together celebrations like RXNavratri, our management puts in its most sincere efforts to bring every Radixian under the same canopy, where the effort of every individual is celebrated and honoured.
RXNavratri was but a fragment of the larger plan, an ideology that our founders hold close – “All work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy”. And like I said, we aren’t a Jack! By embracing our vibrant culture, we at Radixweb, bring in colours of joy to our everyday lives.
This was truly a celebration of friendship, joy, togetherness and bonds that stretched beyond professional ties. And with the way our Radixians participated in it and enjoyed every moment of it to their heart’s fill, we can say #RXNavratri2024 was an astounding hit.
If you want to be a part of such a vibrance, we invite you to come and work with us. Radixweb frequently opens up positions across diverse disciplines, accepting both freshers and seasoned experts to join our team. Come experience the spirit of true inclusivity!
