Please tell us about your business and your position in it.
We run a background screening company that provides healthcare-related screening services to clients. We own a web-based platform as our IT backbone that has enabled us to close the market gap and surpass our business competitors.

What were the tech challenges that led you to Radixweb?
In order to keep pace with the growing business, our old platform needed to be recreated from scratch and integrated with a number of new functionalities. The main idea was to develop a robust web app for background screening, drug screening, and occupational health. We were also in need of customized integration as per vendor and client platforms.

Would you say Radixweb performed well in terms of project and team management?
At times, we can have up to 6 or more contractors depending on the scope of our project. The skillset varies from web designers to software engineers to business analysts. Currently, we are keeping one senior developer and sometimes add another point of contact. It all depends on the status of the project
