Tell us about your company and your position in it.
We are an online distribution firm based in Bolzano, Italy. Our niche is the tourism industry, and we have around ten employees on our team.
I am the owner of the business.
How did you come across Radixweb, and what were your tech challenges to address?
Honestly, it was more of an indispensable need than a challenge. We wanted to scale up our production and needed an outsource partner to take on some of our in-house production team's product development work.
So, we did our part of the research and found Radixweb through a mix of Google searches and recommendations from a former client. Beyond any question, Radixweb scored 10/10 in terms of project and team management. We work with a group of 15 teammates from Radixweb, and the senior consultant is our primary point of contact. They always deliver on time, and we have daily meetings to discuss the ongoing projects and coordinate with the respected professionals.
We also use an internal CRM to manage the projects, which Radixweb also has access to. They are excellent at communication and work in a very transparent method. We are proactively informed about every little change or update, and they let us be in charge of our project.
What was the most impressive thing about Radixweb?
I'm particularly impressed with the high-quality resources Radixweb has in their house and how they can continue expanding their business without compromising their quality. I should also talk about their in-depth technical knowledge that helps us bring the best solution to the forefront. This makes me believe there’s nothing for Radixweb to improve, at least as of now.
