Please tell us about your company and your position there.
I own and run an online property management business for property managers, landlords, rental communities, and homeowners. Our goal is to provide a smooth and trouble-free buying and renting experience for both parties by simplifying time-consuming tasks.
For what services/project did you partner with Radixweb?
When I first reached out to Radixweb, my platform was a proof of concept that was strung together by multiple independent contractors. Our immediate goal was to bring the code up to a scalable, stable environment for future growth. Additionally, we wanted to add new functionalities, APIs, payment portals, and an effective oversight from the developers.
How did Radixweb meet your technological and business needs?
Radix took our loose code architecture and transformed it into a sound infrastructure. They carefully evaluated our website business requirements and utilized modern technologies for the best result; for example, ASP.Net as the programming language, Bootstrap and JQuery for the front-end, SQL Server as the back-end database, etc.
During the project, which is ongoing, they always maintained clear communication from the top-down. Typically, we interacted with senior professionals, including CTO, VP, developers, designers, and analysts, to scope each sprint and then execute the overall project with utmost efficiency. We have also done multiple projects after our platform architecture was stabilized.
Did your engagement with Radixweb have a measurable impact on your business?
Radixweb is very good at scoping every project (we have done over 20 microprojects). They have completed every project on time or within the projected hours. If a project may have some creep, Radix always ensured to give me advance notice if we made changes. And other times Radix would offer advice or solutions that would help us with technological advantages, efficiency, and time management.
Overall, they have been doing an amazing job and supporting our custom software development needs exactly as we expected. We were able to successfully address our growing business needs using the modernized platform, and our stakeholders are happy as well!
I really like their ability to ramp up quickly if we have a deadline or need additional resources. We did multiple projects together, and each of them was reliably handled by them.
What did you find the most impressive thing about Radixweb?
There are so many things to appreciate about them, but perhaps the most impressive thing was the top-down management system and the 24*7 access to all members of the team. Radixweb fostered an effective collaboration with our team and resolved our queries throughout the course of our journey. I also like their ability to ramp up quickly if we have deadlines or need additional resources.
Is there anything they could have improved or done differently?
I don’t think there’s anything as such. Everything is great. They're always experimenting with technology and innovating something new. Hence, updating our software with dynamic features and functionalities was not really a difficult task. They're willing to give their best to fulfill our expectations and have been successful in doing so.
