Please tell us about your company and what you do there.
We are a web solutions and services organization based in Quebec. We offer our clients a broad range of internet marketing, IT development, web design, and web development services.
I work as the principal of the company.
What business and tech challenges were you trying to address with Radixweb?
We were not really trying to address some challenges per se. Our goal was very simple and straightforward – we had to find a productive and reliable IT partner for all our clients’ web design and web development projects. The actual need was to leverage quality development services at affordable rates so that we could rapidly fulfill the demands of our clientele.
Did Radixweb successfully meet your requirements? If so, how?
Throughout our offshore engagement with Radixweb, I’ve relied on them for several web design and web development projects using WordPress, HTML, and DotNetNuke services. And they have not disappointed us ever. Typically, I provide hand drawings, computer printouts, or wireframes to give Radixweb an idea of the structure I’m looking for, and they take care of the rest of their work very efficiently.
For the website designs, my clients will usually make their preferences known, or we will examine what competitors in that space choose to do for their websites. To facilitate the design processes, I provide basic diagrams to spark inspiration. Radixweb has also completed some logo design work for my clients. No matter what type of project we assign them, they consistently excel in every field.
How did you come to partner with Radixweb?
I first interacted with Radixweb while I was at a different company. After the initial communication, I was confident in Radixweb’s work as they seemed to be very promising with their services. Once I moved on to my own business, I hoped they could replicate their past successes with my new clients. And by all means, they did!
Would you say your partnership with Radixweb has a positive impact on your business?
We started working with Radixweb in 2012, and it is still an ongoing relationship. I suppose having a ten-year-long partnership with an IT firm says a lot about the impact they had on our business. It has been helpful to work with Radixweb on an as-needed basis. I don’t have a full-time developer on my staff, so by using their services, I’m able to reduce costs.
Additionally, whenever I have a project for them, I conveniently pay them for that work only. We have spent almost $50,000 till now, and each penny is worth the years of quality work they provided. Our clients are happy with the results, which is essentially what this partnership is for.

How was your project management experience with Radixweb?
Radixweb performed incredibly well from a project management viewpoint. I have had one project manager the entire time we have worked together. I have not met with the developers or designers as it was easy for us to maintain a single point of contact. The design team consists of about 10 people, and they assigned skilled professionals in the development team to work on these consecutive projects.
Our project manager is always available to us. We communicate well through email and Skype, which allows us to share screens and discuss the tasks in detail. If necessary, we can also call them anytime we want.
What do you think is the most impressive thing about Radixweb?
The most impressive thing about them has to be their responsiveness and synergetic attitude. We did not have to face any trouble maintaining a healthy relationship over the years. I’ve heard stories of people with unsatisfactory experiences working with offshore firms, but I’ve experienced nothing of the sort. Working with Radixweb has been a completely positive and collaborative experience.
Any advice you want to give to their future clients?
I would recommend everyone to try to put as much detail as possible on paper and give some relevant examples from competitors to give their team a clearer picture of the project. They are a hardworking team who will do their best to actualize our vision into reality.
