Let us talk about your company and your role in it.
Our organization is an SA [limited liability company] in France. Our administrative center is in St. Raphael with accredited agents in both France and the United Kingdom. We specialize in healthcare policies for English-speaking people who have either moved to France, are planning to move to France, or who vacation in France.
I am involved in the administration of the policies at the organization and have taken on the role of project coordinator with Radixweb.
What challenge did Radixweb address for you?
The aim of this partnership was to be more visible and to reach out to our target market by providing up-to-date information on health issues relative to expatriates living in or moving to France. Importantly, we wanted to create an online facility to allow the purchase of complementary healthcare plans with immediate coverage. At that time, this was revolutionary in France. In addition, we wanted their agents to be able to issue policies and to access their client's information.
