Radixweb, India based IT outsourcing service provider, made a successful debut at HKTDC International ITC Expo 2013, at Hong Kong. The event provided us an opportunity to exhibit our wide range of technology outsourcing and consultancy services. It also gave us a platform to connect with some industry leaders and explore new technology trends.
HKTDC had visitors coming from all across Asia. We had business delegations, decision-makers, researchers, media, etc as our stall visitors. Our visitors showed keen interest in services like mobile app development, embedded system development, web designing and development, and desktop application development. We had many pre-booked visitor appointments for the expo. We carried out personalized project consulting sessions with them. We discussed custom solution requirements and explored various possibilities. Our visitors appreciated us for our jargon-free communication and ability to listen to them and understand their requirements.
“HKTDC expo has indeed given us a good opportunity to make entry into Asian market with our technology outsourcing and consultation services. The response we received was quite encouraging. We have initiated discussions with a few potential customers”, reveals Mr. Pratik Mistry, Sr. Business Head, Radixweb.
One of the major highlights for us at HKTDC expo was embedded development service. We were one of the few IT industry players who specialize in concept to prototype development, designing and developing custom hardware and firmware, and board support packages. We displayed device drivers that we developed for Windows and Linux, central monitoring system, security system, server resident software, etc. We also offered 64 bit driver migration to our visitors.
“There are a lot of new innovative systems being developed at global level. But very few companies can actually develop embedded solutions that are compatible across leading operating platforms and processors. Our specialization in embedded systems comes from our decade long experience and in-depth technical understanding”, adds Mr. Nitin Vaishnav, chief technology officer, Radixweb.
The expo also was a good place to initiate some B2B discussions. We interacted with our industry peers and contemporaries and shared ideas with them. We also identified some upcoming trends in technology and explored their use and implications on bespoke business solutions.
Radix would like to thank all HKTDC visitors for making our debut participation a success. We hope you had a memorable and pleasant experience with our team. The expo was a great learning experience for us. We now look forward to establishing a longstanding relationship with our HKTDC visitors and serve them better.
