Job Description

Customer support executive will be taking care of the online support system of Picsy. He or She will be responsible for successfully resolving the issues of customers if any, managing the online reputation of Picsy through social media and ultimately aim to achieve customer satisfaction along with that will be responsible for customer engagement online to convert them to repeating orders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolve the queries of the customers successfully
• Manage the online brand reputation via the social media platform
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Eligibility

• Well-versed with latest tech specially mobile apps
• Should have good exposure to customer support for handling chats
• Exposure to Social Media specially Facebook and Instagram
• Should be highly inspiring personality
• Should be flexible to work in variant shifts
• Good Communication skills Written and Verbal
• Command over English is must
• Knowledge of Photography and relevancy will be better
