Radixweb CSR Initiative Supports Digital Learning for Young Learners

At Radixweb, we see every day how access to technology can change the way people learn, work, create and solve problems. That is why, when we had an opportunity to support young learners at Gokul Ashram Shala, we chose to contribute something closely connected to what we know: computer systems that students can use as part of their everyday education.

The initiative was carried out in collaboration with Robin Hood Army, whose team facilitated our team's visit to Gokul Ashram Shala to hand over the systems and meet the students.

For us, that visit mattered as much as the contribution itself. A computer is an ordinary part of a workday for us, in the technology industry. In a classroom, however, access to one can mean having the chance to explore something that may not otherwise be readily available. It can give a student another way to learn, practice a skill, find information or simply become more comfortable with technology.

Bringing Digital Access into Everyday Learning

The decision to contribute computer systems came from this understanding. As a technology company, we know that familiarity with digital tools is increasingly part of how people learn and participate in the world around them. Providing access at an early stage can give young learners the opportunity to build that familiarity for themselves.

During the visit, our team got to see the students, their classroom environment and the place these systems would have in their daily learning. It made the contribution feel tangible. These were not simply machines being handed over to a school. They were resources that students could sit in front of, experiment with, and gradually make their own.

Dharmesh Acharya, COO at Radixweb, said, “Technology becomes meaningful when people have the chance to use it and grow confident with it. We wanted to contribute something practical that students can engage with in their everyday learning. If it opens up a few more possibilities for what they choose to explore next, that makes the effort worthwhile.”

A Small Contribution with A Wider Possibility

At Radixweb, our relationship with technology is built around what it enables people to do. We build software. We work with emerging technologies. We help organizations use digital systems to solve real problems. That perspective naturally shapes how we think about giving back as well.

This initiative was a simple way for us to extend that perspective beyond our day-to-day work. We could contribute computer systems, but more importantly, we could help make digital access a little more available to young learners who can use it in their own way.

We are grateful to Robin Hood Army and the team at Gokul Ashram Shala for making this initiative possible and for welcoming our team. For Radixweb, contributing to the community does not always have to mean doing something large. Sometimes, it can mean recognizing what we have the ability to provide, showing up, and making that resource available to someone who can benefit from it.

In this case, it meant putting technology into the hands of young learners and giving them more room to discover what they can do with it.
